Loved the American, local, and Asian cuisine in the restaurant. The hotel's location in the center of the city made it easy to explore. The concierge service and tour desk were a great help.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 4 nights, though everything was brand-new. Got double room as expected, appreciated it. The location was unbeatable for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

The accommodation was ideal with affable staff. Lots of fine food, we thoroughly enjoyed it. All the services were excellent! This was an incredible location so close to beer street, the old town of Hanoi and a club. Hoan Kiem district was worth staying in.

As longer term business travellers, we really appreciated the helpful staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even organized surprise decorations for my partner's birthday! the location in the Old Quarter was perfect, with easy access to iconic local restaurants. the hotel's interior decor gave a classic feel, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi with easy access to all the sights and attractions. Despite being in a lively area, we had a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The hotel also provided earbuds to help with any outside noise. The attention to detail and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Casa Dos for an exceptional stay in Hanoi.

The hotel's location in the heart of the Old Quarter was very convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city and its attractions. The interiors of the hotel, inspired by colonial times, added an elegant touch to our stay. We would definitely choose Casa dos Principes again on our next trip to Hanoi.

Overall the place is clean and modern, it met what was needed. The twin/double room is fashionable and has an electronic key card, a work desk, and multi-channel TV. The venue is in the heart of the town. Also, it's minutes from a colourful mural and other tourist sights

The hotel met requirements, I definitely want to stay in that area again. Everything about this hip new property was exceptional. Nice bed, room was extremely pleasant, with a safe box, an iron, and an electronic key card. The food was local and the location was comfortable...

The staff is outstanding, they could not be any better! the location is undeniably great, right in the heart of Old Quarter, very convenient to get around. the rooms are clean, new, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. the breakfast is worth its money, with fresh and delicious options to choose from. the hotel is located in a lively neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. the internet connection is very good. it is a fantastic place to stay for a city trip, offering a great combination of comfort and convenience.

In the evening, it can get a little loud due to the hotel's location in the middle of the Old Town. Especially on weekends, the Old Town does not sleep.

The rooms at Casa Dos Principes Hotel & Spa are so comfy and well-equipped! I felt like I had everything I needed, from a desk to a kettle and a fridge. The private bathroom with a bidet was a nice touch too. It made me feel like a prince/princess during my stay!

The only thing that didn't really do it for me was the balcony with city views. It just didn't impress me as much as I thought it would.
